“Every condo owner deserves transparency and easy access to the information that affects their home.”

The TSCC 2727 Condo Owners Association was established to give unit owners at 1275 Finch Ave W a clear, organized platform to stay informed and engaged with their building community. We are a small, focused association — one building, one corporation, working for every owner.

Our association communicates board decisions, maintenance updates, AGM schedules, and building policies directly to registered unit owners and residents.

We also provide links to the Ontario Condo Owners Association (COA) as a wider educational resource — but our primary focus is always the day-to-day life of owners and residents at TSCC 2727.

Full Mission & Governance

Property Value

We will keep owners and board members informed about violations of condominium bylaws, reserve fund transparency, operating budget updates, disputes, election dates, voting methods, conflicts of interest, and property management matters — taking appropriate action when board members, managers, or management companies breach applicable codes of ethics or violate the Condominium Management Services Act.
