    We act when board members or managers violate applicable codes of ethics.

  • Property Maintenance Failures

    We escalate when the property is not maintained to required standards.

  • Condominium Management Act

    We intervene when the Condominium Management Services Act is violated.

Governance, Transparency & Board Compliance

Our association actively monitors and promotes ethical governance to protect all unit holders.

  • Notify the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) of issues or non-compliance by the Board of Directors
  • Promote proper governance and ongoing training for board members
  • Report abuses of power by ineffective or non-compliant boards
  • Support appointing an independent auditor, where appropriate
  • Support applying to appoint an inspector (with independent legal support), where warranted
