Waste Management Tax Credits
Condo owners pay full property taxes, yet many corporations must hire private contractors for garbage collection. COA is lobbying municipal councils to grant tax rebates to condo owners for these double charges.
Tighter Manager Procurement
Lobbying the CMRAO to establish mandatory transparent bidding systems for property management companies. We demand standard penalties for hidden kickbacks and undeclared vendor partnerships.
EV Grid Capacity Grants
Advocating for provincial energy subsidies specifically for older high-rise buildings. We are petitioning for EV charger installation retrofits without draining existing reserve funds.
